He can point out your flaws without belittling your efforts and praises YOU as well as you dog. If you are trying to make the effort but it's not quite happening he is patient and will try several ways to explain things so they are coherent to each individual he is training. He makes me laugh. If you are happy then your dog is, if you get frustrated, then your dog will be, so he never lets that scenario happen. Leia and I have worked well with Kamal Fernandez, the only disappointment is due to Covid we have been unable to enter any obedience shows this year. We have been in Kamals online heelwork course for a few months and his VIP group for a week or so and it is SO worth the money. The quality of the online videos is brilliant and his feedback on the group is so detailed. Every time I post I come away feeling enthused and excited to do more. The group also contains so much variation of experience which is lovely as we can see what we are aiming for long term. 100% recommend.
