He can point out your flaws without belittling your efforts and praises YOU as well as you dog. If you are trying to make the effort but it's not quite happening he is patient and will try several ways to explain things so they are coherent to each individual he is training. He makes me laugh. If you are happy then your dog is, if you get frustrated, then your dog will be, so he never lets that scenario happen. Leia and I have worked well with Kamal Fernandez, the only disappointment is due to Covid we have been unable to enter any obedience shows this year.
